- You are entitled to list objects for sale in our online database.
- Your real estate offer can concern a farm, building ground, village house, manor house, palace, water-mill, vinery, apartment, country house, golf course, office, practice, storehouse, house, commercial object, store, supermarket, castle,
property, vacation home, or other real estate. In the case of foreign real estate you can list any object.
Concerning real estate located in Germany we expect a particular exclusiveness with respect to location, type or interior of the object.
- Present your property offer with up to 10 object photos, floor plans or outlines and extensive descriptions! Automatic photo optimization/thumbnail photos.
Listings with less than 2 object photos will not be published!
- Compose an online outline in multiple languages and reach an international audience. We count visitors from 190 countries from Albania to Vietnam. At this time we support German and English.
- In the case of matches between existing searches and your real estate listing the seeker will be informed and can directly contact you.
- You can edit your online listing at any time.
- Your real estate offer will be made available online for 9 consecutive months. You have the option of prolonging the advertisement. In case your object is sold or is no longer available for other reasons the listing has to be deleted by you!
- You can decide which contact data (contact person, telephone, fax etc.) will be published. To this effect we provide the corresponding input fields.
