Ruin located just outside the castle walls in need of complete reconstruction.
The reconstruction project, for a single family dwelling, has been approved by the town council and IPPAR - Portuguese Institute for the Preservation of Historical Patrimony, and is in keeping with the architectural style of the town.
The area of the site footprint is 67.28m2 and the house footprint is 50.35m2 - leaving a small inner garden with a large fruit tree. The total area of construction is 122.35m2.
The project for all the infrastructures including electricity, water and gas is also approved.
Main floor: entrance hall, living room of 27.87m2, small bathroom, kitchen of 10.10m2, pantry, and garden patio with large fruit tree
Middle floor: large mezzanine area, bathroom, and bedroom of 10.5m2
Top floor: 2 bedrooms of 7m2 and bathroom.
From the top floors there is a fabulous view across rooftops of the village and out to the plains of Spain. |
