The property is located outside the fishing village of Fond St. Jean in the south of Dominica. From the main road, its about 50 m (150ft) to the house. One side of the property is bounding with a river. Behind the house lies the garden with a big variety of fruit trees – coconut, banana, papaya, avocado, soursop, breadfruit, cherry, almond, star fruit, guava and coffee among others.
It takes around 30 minutes by car or bus to reach the capital city of Roseau. |
